The next evolution in persistent sensing
Dynamic threats demand sensing systems that can be deployed faster, proliferated more broadly, and integrated across distributed architectures.
That's why we built LeoLabs Scout — a new class of transportable radar systems engineered for persistent sensing.
- 3D scanning, direct radiating array (DRA) technology
- Modular S-band electronic design
- Extended observation time (minutes vs seconds)
- Rapidly deployable (set up < 2 hours)
- Transportable by land, sea, or air
- Minimal connectivity and power needs
- Easily integrable
- Cost-efficient and scalable
Scout-S FOR Space Domain awareness
Our first Scout system is ready for deployment.
Scout-S is optimized to strengthen battlespace awareness and support space control missions. It enables operators to find, fix, and track objects to maintain persistent custody of orbital threats.
Core Capabilities:
- Observations within 24 hrs of deployment
- Persistent tracking of High Interest Objects
- Immediate detection and tracking of cued launches
- Autonomous search for and detection of new objects
- 50-1000 km optimal slant range
coming soon: Scout-X for missile defense
We’re expanding the LeoLabs Scout family with Scout-X — our transportable radar optimized for missile warning and tracking.
This system is still in development, with a planned release in mid-2027.
